I used a basket I got at the Dollar Store for the boy basket and a clearanced Target container for the girl’s basket. I like using something I can reuse! Other ideas you might have in your stockpile are: lip balms, Snackerz or other candy, bandaids, other free games like Hungry Hippo and Pictureka from Christmas time (yes, I still have a few!), free gum, hand sanitizer (what kid doesn’t like their own?), fruit roll ups etc. Add a plush pet and book from the Dollar Store or coloring book and crayons or some things from Target’s Dollar Spot and you’ve got a great basket!!
